Your Vent: Venting is defined as: Giving free expression to (a strong emotion). Do men and women understand venting the same way? Personally, if you want me to listen to you vent; you better allow me to give you my opinion, or don’t even bother to waste your breathe. I feel it isn’t fair to listen to someone vent if one can’t voice their opinion as to why they are venting. If someone would listen to you vent and you allow them the chance to voice their opinion, you may reach a solution to the issue, rather than getting upset and walking away. There are always two sides to every story!
